Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across designated routes in Bahria Town (various phases), DHA, and Islamabad sectors. Coverage may expand over time.

Delivery Schedule

• Deliveries are made on alternate days, on scheduled route days based on your subscribed plan.
• Delivery routes are not paused; in case a rider is unavailable, a substitute rider is assigned to ensure uninterrupted service.

Order Changes

Changes to your standing order (pause, quantity change, address update) should be communicated at least one day in advance to be reflected in the next delivery.

Missed Deliveries

If a delivery is missed due to an error on our end, it will be fulfilled on the next working day or credited to your account. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the scheduled time.
