Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, subscribing to a delivery route, or otherwise using Banoori Dairy’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products & Pricing

1. Product prices are subject to change based on market conditions and will be communicated to customers in advance where possible.
2. Product availability may vary by delivery area and season.
3. Weights and volumes listed for products (e.g., 1L, 1KG) are standard measures; minor natural variation may occur.

3. Orders & Subscriptions

1. Customers may subscribe to alternate-day or custom delivery schedules.
2. Requests to pause, cancel, or modify a subscription must be communicated with reasonable advance notice.
3. Banoori Dairy reserves the right to decline or discontinue service to any address at its discretion, including for repeated non-payment or unavailability at the delivery point.

4. Payments & Billing

1. Billing is done on a 15-day cycle, with cut-off dates on the 10th and 25th of every month.
2. Timely payment is required to maintain uninterrupted service. Delayed or unpaid bills may result in suspension of delivery.
3. Any billing discrepancies should be reported promptly so they can be corrected in the next cycle.

5. Delivery

1. Deliveries are made to the address provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the address and access details are accurate and up to date.
2. Banoori Dairy will make reasonable efforts to maintain consistent delivery timing but does not guarantee an exact delivery time.
3. Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive perishable deliveries, or for arranging a safe drop-off point.

6. Product Quality

1. Banoori Dairy takes reasonable care to ensure product freshness and quality at the time of dispatch.
2. Any quality concerns must be reported per the Return & Refund Policy to be eligible for replacement or credit.

7. Limitation of Liability

Banoori Dairy is not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, road closures, or public disruptions. Our liability for any valid claim is limited to the value of the affected order.

8. Changes to Terms

Banoori Dairy may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
